answered for you. We do request, however, that you thoroughly read the
website, including the questions and answers below, before you email us.

Q: What are your business hours?
A: Monday through Friday - 9 to 5 Eastern.
Q: What types of payment do you accept?
A: We accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal.
Q: Will my credit card and private information be kept secure?
A: Yes. We have special technology called Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to prevent unauthorized people from intercepting your credit card information. Our encryption is the strongest available.
Q: Are there other ways to order if I don't want to order online?
A: Yes. We're flexible, and our customer service is excellent. If you don’t wish to shop online, you may order via phone, fax or mail. To place an order by phone, call toll-free: 1-800-705-8098. To place an order by fax, simply print out your completed shopping cart/basket along with your checkout pages which contain your info, and fax to: 1-800-705-8098. Q: How soon will my products be shipped?
A: Orders are usually shipped the same or next day. All orders are
shipped within 48 hours with the exception of weekends and holidays.

- We ship orders to PO. Boxes, APO/FPO via our normal USPS choices.
- If there are complications with your credit card we will notify you via email or phone.
- AvivNaturals strictly follows all national and
international regulations regarding the sale, purchase
and shipment of any product or product ingredient that
is considered restricted or prohibited by any law within
the United States or abroad.
Q: Does AvivNaturals ship internationally?
A: Yes. The countries which we currently ship to include: Canada, Great Britain, Australia and New Zealand. These countries have similar product and shipping restrictions as the
United States. Currently, there are many countries with restrictions on
the types of products which come into their country. Please take the
time to review our products, and then make certain the product you
select is allowed to enter your country.
Q: If I choose to refer customers when are commissions paid?
A: Checks are mailed on or before the 10th of the month following the
month in which commission was earned. Our software displays commissions earnings in real time. You may view them in your back office at anytime. Commissions of less than $15.00 are held for you until the total check will be at least $15.00. (A $2.50 check charge is deducted from commission checks.)
Q: How much money can I earn?
A: That depends on you. You can earn thousands of dollars each month,
you can earn hundreds each month, you can earn extra products each
month, you can decide you just want to receive a quality product. It's all up to you.
Q: What if I place an order for a Discount Auto-Refill product and then
decide to cancel?
A: If you are receiving a product on our convenient monthly delivery, you may cancel at anytime by emailing your cancellation notice to us at our main email address. If you wish to make a return for refund, please read our return policy below before returning the product.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly replace the item, or provide a refund if returned to AvivNaturals within 30 days of your purchase date. (Please be aware that shipping, handling and sales tax charges are non refundable.) In order to receive a refund, the product must be received by AvivNaturals within 30 days of its original shipment date, and in the same un-opened (safety-sealed) condition in which it was shipped, or no refund will be given. You will receive a full refund minus a $5.00 restocking fee for unopened items in the original form of payment.
If you need to return a product, please follow these instructions:
1. Request a Return Authorization Number by contacting us at:
Please include your name, phone number, original order number and the item number of the product you wish to replace or return. The subject of your email should be: Return Authorization.
2. Wait for our reply (normally within 24 hours, allow 72 hours for weekends and holidays), which will include your Return Authorization Number, conditions of return and mailing address for returns.
3. Ship your return as directed. You are responsible for any shipping costs involved in a product exchange or refund. We request that items be returned via insured USPS mail with delivery confirmation.
4. No refunds will be given unless you have followed the simple steps listed here.
Exception to returns: By law, we are not allowed to receive containers which have had the safety-seal broken. This is to protect all customers from possible contamination. We only allow returns of products when the original seal is intact and has not been broken. Products in any other condition will not be accepted due to the nature of our products and FDA regulations.
